“ Love this place. The staff are so welcoming, the food is always good especially the cakes and the veggie sausage roll was delicious. lots of flavoured fresh teas too Me and the cycling group often visit and it's a fab stop. Shame the back gate was locked as we usually lock our bikes up there but not really a big problem. ”

“ Cute conversion of former butcher's to cafe and food/gift shop, great place to stop if walking Icknield Way trail. Nice people, nice coffee, even nicer cake. Also, great dog (see pictures) ”
“ The best bacon & sausage baps within a 50m radius ”
“ Great coffee and pasties, pies, rolls and cakes. All fresh. Some gluten free options . Outside and indoor seating. Friendly service. Bike and cycle Friendly. Great pitstop. Recommended. ”
“ What a charming place this is - it's like dining in a cottage. There are three rooms to choose from, not including the service area, as you come in, and the service is excellent and quick. My scrambled eggs couldn't have been cooked better and the sausages, although not the best (I'm afraid The Little Piggy has rather spoiled me) were tasty. I came here on one of my cycle rides (my cycling partner has an incredible eye - and nose - for lovely places like this and he didn't disappoint me). I know that my wife would absolutely love this place and I intend to come back and bring her with me. Very warmly recommended. ”
“ Absolutely wonderful place, with really friendly staff, delicious food and drinks, a beautiful setting, and lovely gift ideas. The perfect place to go for a little treat of coffee and cake, or for a lunch and a catch up. The staff are so friendly that it feels lovely to go here alone and read a book too. ”
